Better Place Realty is a family owned real estate business located at 1051 Beacon Street, Suite #203, in Brookline, MA. We pride ourselves in developing long term relationships with all of our clients.
Charley and Julie Carrozo have over twenty years of experience in the rental, sales and property management business. Together, they have created a full-service real estate company to handle the needs of many different types of clients. The philosophy is simple: treat clients with honesty and respect and work hard for them. We want every client to leave our office knowing they have had the best service and experience possible. |
Rental areas include (but are not limited to) Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Mission Hill, Fenway, Somerville, Waltham and Cambridge. We offer representation for both home buyers and sellers for condominium and home sales throughout Massachusetts.
Property management services include maintenance, rent collections, contractor services, around the clock emergency service, rentals, renewals and lease preparation and basic accounting. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff has been trained not only to help you find your new home but to help you make an easy transition.
