The Co-signor/Guaranty of Lease form should be filled out in its entirety to ensure that your son/daughter secures the apartment he/she is interested in. The Co-signor/Guaranty of Lease form MUST BE NOTARIZED. This is the document that becomes legally part of the lease.
Upon completion, please fax a copy of the original to the attention of the real estate agent at 617-713-4405. This should be done as soon as possible and may be done before notarizing the form. Then, please send the notarized form to the above address via Overnight Mail. It is very important that this form is completed quickly to ensure that the apartment is secured. Until the landlord has these forms the apartment is not secure.
