My experience with Morgan Blum and Better Place Realty has been a memorable one. From the start, Morgan really made the extra effort to accommodate all the needs of my roommates and myself. Apartment renting is a rather new experience for myself, and dealing with some of the others agents from different realty companies in the Boston Area left me regretting my decision to live off-campus. After meeting Morgan from Better Place Realty , my renting experience change dramatically. Morgan really went the extra mile to make sure we found a place that fit our exact needs. What other agents from other companies could not accomplish in weeks, Morgan accomplished for us in just days. The entire experience was absolutely painless from our side, and when we did actually decide on a place to rent, Morgan and Better Place Realty went so far as to front the first payment to the landlord first thing that morning to assure we acquired the property, though we would not be able to drop off our checks until much later that day. This was something I have never heard from a realty company before, and to be honest I was astonished by such impeccable service. Better Place Realty is a breath of fresh air in the cutthroat real estate market. It is one of the few remaining realty companies that still believes in the old school “the customer come first” approach and it shows and Morgan is a reflection of the companies he represents. Morgan and Better Place Realty comes at only my highest recommendation, and I am honored to have experienced my first apartment rental with this company.

Better Place Realty made finding my first apartment quick, simple and most important enjoyable. Most realty companies make you feel that they’re merely trying to get you to sign the dotted lines in order to close the sale.
